Customer Care/ Administrative Sales Support Representative:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing solutions via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with product information, orders, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and services based on customer feedback.
Stay informed about company products, promotions, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to established service standards, metrics, and KPIs to meet and exceed customer service goals.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, records, and databases.
Assist with data entry, report generation, and analysis as needed.

Customer Care/ Administrative Sales Support Representative Job Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required
2 years of administrative/ general office experience
Plumbing and Tile sales experience is recommended
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must pass work eligibility requirements.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
