*Responsibilities of the Full Time Sales Manager:*
* Learn and conduct daily meetings for the sales team to understand the fundamentals of the role and gain knowledge of our company products.
* Interact directly in person with consumers in a friendly manner.
* Master the entire sales and enrollment process for potential recruitment and be able to educate consumers on the benefits of our company’s products and opportunity.
* Contribute to positive work environment working with team members and management.
* Keep accurate inventory and production records for sales team, making timely payments sales team and supplier.
*Requirements of the Full Time Sales Manager:*
* Must possess a High School diploma or GED
* Must have a valid id or driver’s license.
* Degree in General Business, Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields of study is a PLUS!
* 0-3+ years of customer service, community engagement, or other related consumer-facing fields
* Must have advanced communication and people skills as well as a passion for helping others.
* Must be open to receiving teaching and training to understand the role of the sales manager.
* Must be a team player and possess an upbeat, positive attitude to complement our team environment and culture.
