Commercial Construction Technician

, A COMMERCIAL SERVICE MAINTENANCE COMPANY, IS SEEKING A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
*We complete high quality repairs/remodels to our multiple commercial clients via service tickets in the Roanoke area.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals that are jack of all trades.
*Responsibilities:* * The technicians will respond to customer service requests (service calls) * Service calls to include carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
* Ability to use hand and power tools.
* Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customers * Update information regarding work orders on job cost program on iPad * Maintain current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance * Present a professional appearance and attitude *Qualifications:* * Must have a valid driver's license * Qualified candidates should have carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience * Technicians should be able to use tablets and phones to receive and complete job tickets.
* The perfect candidate must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends.
* Schedule flexibility is of tremendous importance.
* Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check.
