Construction Superintendent - Exterior Work

*MECKLEY SERVICES IS LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT-EXTERIOR WORK WHO HAS A FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL COST AND FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF CONCRETE AND EXTERIOR SITE WORK.
* *Responsibilities:* * Manage commercial exterior renovation work.
Small project renovation experience a plus.
* In charge of management of concrete and exterior site work * Client and Sub-Contractor coordination * Change-order Logs and Sub-contract Change-order tracking *Qualifications:* * A Superintendent should have fundamental knowledge of construction material cost and fundamental knowledge of Concrete and Exterior Site Work * Minimum 5 years in Commercial Service Management Industry * Ability to be flexible to adjust to changing conditions and the needs of our customers.
