Duties:```
- Lead and facilitate worship services, including selecting and arranging music, leading the congregation in singing, and coordinating with musicians and vocalists
- Plan and organize rehearsals for worship team members, ensuring that all participants are prepared and confident in their roles
- Create an atmosphere of worship by engaging the congregation through music, prayer, and other creative elements
- Collaborate with the pastor to align the worship service with the overall theme or message of the service
```Experience:```
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a worship leader or similar role in a Christian church
- Strong musical abilities, including leading congregational singing
- Experience in planning and organizing rehearsals and worship services
