Calling all Vendors!!!
We are now booking spots for the
Holiday Bazaar December 10-23, 2023, along with other events at
271 Granby Street in Downtown Norfolk.
Come on out December 5, 2023 to view the miraculous spot at 271 Granby Street, overlooking MacArthur Mall in the old Urban Outfitters building.
We will be hosting a Holiday Bazaar of local Artisans and Crafters alike for a unique holiday shopping experience.
The doors will be open 1pm until 7pm daily for shoppers to check out all 3 floors of this location.
There are scheduled events throughout this Bazaar to bring in fresh eyes to all vendor tables.
We are offering Paint classes on the 3rd floor so ticket holders will have to walk by tables to go to their event.
There are multiple live demonstrations that will be going on, face painting available, snacks, mocktails and areas to sit and enjoy the scenery.
Your favorite new chill spot!
For the open house, we would like to meet you, show you the event space, talk about the multiple classes and events scheduled during the Bazaar along with permanent vending possibilities or scheduling to hold future events.
The overall hope is to have a continuous local vending spot, with comfort areas, pre packaged foods, non Alcoholic drinks and live entertainment at times.
Vending fees are as follows, $50 for each day, $35 per day if booking 7 consecutive days or more, and $25 per day if booking the whole event.
If booking a day or two, you will be setting up an hour before your time spot and breaking down up to an hour after close.
If vending multiple days or full event, you will not have to break down all the way, there are other options to be discussed.
Vendor must provide a 6ft table with a tablecloth that covers the legs, bring 1 chair for table, A raffle item to be donated for daily raffle.
Contract will be going out shortly for those who want to secure their spot, and we will be sending out emails with further instructions before event starts.
