Child Watch (CW) is responsible for upholding company standards for childcare.
CW’s are responsible for taking care of and nurturing our future member base while creating a fun, creative and safe environment.
This position requires the ability to work independently, be a self-starter, hold a high level of integrity, work well with kids, have a positive mindset and be friendly and energetic.

We are looking for someone to work 12-15 hours/week for the morning shift (7:45-11:15 M-Fri).
Some Saturdays required 7:45am-10:15am.
Employee must be comfortable caring for multiple children between the ages of 8 weeks - 12 yrs old.
Employee will arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of camp.
Employee will treat all children with love & respect and provide a safe, fun environment.
Employee will interact with children by playing games, coloring, crafts, etc.
Employee will treat all parents with respect.
Employee will treat all co-workers with respect.
Employee will clean and sanitize the child watch room according to the child watch policies.
Employee will notify Owner/Operations Manager of any child watch issues, concerns, or shift changes.
Employee will take child/children to restroom when necessary.
Employee will complete all courses assigned on the Burn Learning Portal
Employee will assist in the gym’s daily cleaning/disinfecting protocol
Employee is expected to stay busy and remain helpful throughout shift in the event no kids arrive for camp
Employee will ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed, as needed – liability waivers, etc.
Employee Oversees Signing-In and Out of children for each camp.
Employee reports any supply items needed to Franchise Partner or representative
Employee ensures illness and attendance guidelines are followed as outlined in childwatch rules.
