The Southside Boys and Girls Club is seeking a dynamic and passionate Performing Arts Youth Development Professional to join our team.
This individual will play a key role in fostering creativity, talent, and personal growth among our youth through performing arts programs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Establish Dance for Special Events:
* Plan and organize dance performances seasonally and monthly for special events.
* Collaborate with other staff members to integrate dance into various club activities.
* Engage parents through dance performances to create a sense of community and involvement.
* Conduct Outside Performances:
* Organize and execute two outside dance performances annually for the summer/fall market program.
* Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and communication with participants.
* Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all youth participants during outside performances.
* Provide Information to Computer Resource IT:
* Work closely with the computer resource IT team to gather and provide necessary information related to dance programs and performances.
* Assist in the integration of technology to enhance the presentation and documentation of dance activities.
* Collaborate with IT professionals to address any technical needs associated with performing arts events.
* Youth Development:
* Foster a positive and supportive environment for youth participants in the performing arts program.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to help develop the talents and skills of young performers.
* Contribute to the overall youth development goals of the Boys and Girls Club.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in organizing and coordinating dance performances for youth.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
* Knowledge of computer resources and the ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals.
* Passion for youth development and a commitment to creating a positive impact on the lives of young individuals.
